Fantastic product! So easy to construct, after building one you don’t even need the instructions. These are designed impeccably and engineered to last. Originally purchased 2 5 drawer tower units and 2 3 drawer base units around 5-6 years ago and they still operate and look like they did the day they were fitted. We didn’t even consider buying an alternative product when we decided we needed more drawers. Such an excellent product!

Quality item. Fairly easy to fit for a competent DIYer. I drilled pilot holes for the screws (1.5 mm drill). If I’d thought a bit harder I’d have knocked up a thin plywood template to mark out pilot holes. Would have been easier than trying to mark out the positions at the back of an awkward cupboard.

Easy assembly, Quality runners. Draws a good fit in units.
Only thing I would say is that the fitting instructions do not give a suggested distance between runner heights to achieve a good spacing on a 3 draw pack. you have to work it out yourself!

Product quality is excellent but a few niggles. 1. Difficult to decipher which part went with which size ordered as no clear labelling and some parts of different sizes were bundled together. 2. Lowest unit drags on bottom of cabinet. Needs 5mm of clearance, rather than following advice to install flush to base. 3. the edging on the chipboard was not applied on unseen edges. 4. Boards should be pre-drilled as slightly misaligned screws pulls drawers apart, worsened by countersunk screws.

The bottom drawer will certainly work with the runners directly on the base. We have assembled this way many hundreds of times. Please ensure there are no screws or debris under the runner.
Correct; - only visible exposed edges are edged. This is standard practice industry wide.
When inserting individual screws it is advisable to start in the dead centre (OR TO THE INSIDE) which will pull the join tighter rather than apart. We do show in video and written instructions the shortcut of starting each hole slightly with a screw.
