If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items
from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer
Services team for advice on 01289 466101, Monday to Friday or email [email protected] anytime. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, please see our returns procedure below.
Cancelling your order
If you buy online or by phone, under
Distance Selling Regulations (EU only), your consumer rights entitle you
to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you request one within 14 days of receipt of your order. This does not apply to made to order products.

- Call us on 01289 466101 or email [email protected] advising you would like to return your order please quote your order number and details of the reason you would like to return your order.
- We can refund in full for drawer sides and runners. Base panels, back panels and internal fronts are made to order, so cannot be accepted for refund.
- Plinth Pods are made to order, we cannot accept any returns or offer any refund.
- If we have made an error we shall arrange a courier to collect the items and return this back to ourselves otherwise you can send the items back using a courier of your choice.
- Please allow 14 working days from the collection date for us to issue your refund.
- Refund will only be paid to the person who originally paid for the order.
