Change or cancel an order|
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items
from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer

days a week. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, please see our returns procedure below.
Cancelling your order
If you buy online or by phone, under
Distance Selling Regulations (EU only), your consumer rights entitle you
to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you request one within
7 working days of receipt of your order. This applies to delivery
charges, but not to made to order products.

- Call us on freephone 0800 028 5588 to arrange collection
- Fill out your reasons for return on the back of your delivery note.
- Enclose the delivery note with the items and package securely using the original packaging if possible.
- Make sure any original packing labels are removed.
- Our courier will collect the items at the arranged time and issue a collection receipt.
- Please allow 15 working days from the collection date for us to issue your refund.
- Refund will only be paid to the person who originally paid for the order.
