Does the job well. My only criticism is that the screws supplied were too long and not enough of them.

Thanks for the review. Apologies for thr issue with the screws, we don't know what happened there! We normally send more screws than required so that you have an option of screw length used.

Good quality replacement drawer for an old kitchen unit , but using the old unit fascia that did the job required. As the metal runners are heavy and hard to hold up in a tight cupboard space, a paper OR card template of the runner unit with its holes for the screws would greatly assist tits installation. Delivery time of 3 weeks for pre-manufactured items is rather long.

Thanks for the review. Please Note that nothing is pre manufactured. When the buyer enters the sizes in our website, this triggers a production slip for the panels to be cut to the sizes requested.

The drawer very good. Assembly straighforward watching the videos.
The process of placing order was also well organised on the website.
What let things down was the delay delivering the product above what they had specified in the order e-mail.
Despite trying to contact by e-mail, phone and text there was absolutely no response which left me concerned whether this was a genuine website which is a real shame.
If they can sort this part out then it would be a lot more reassuring.

Just assembled today so a bit early to give a long-term assessment but so far all well. Assembly video (once we found the right one) easy to follow, drawer fits and slides nicely. Would buy again.

Online video assembly instructions are better than poor b & w photocopies.
Ideally, extra instructions would be included : (a) whether to align end of drawer sides to front or back of the drawer (b) double-check drawer side is tight against drawer base at both ends before screwing sides to base (c) clear diagram showing which end of the runner goes at the front (c) pull out the runner after fitting front and middle screws so screw can be inserted in the back of the runner.
